Please submit one application per person.

All members of your crew are required to fill out this form.

The deadline for application is 12 p.m. PT on Friday, October 4. Applications will not be accepted after this date. All applications will be subject to approval and availability.

After submitting your application, you will receive an email confirmation. If approved, you will receive an advisory with further information, location, and logistics prior to the debate.

Please note: There will be no filming allowed inside the venue during the forum.
